I experienced Kathleen’s training ability first as a student and was so impressed I requested that she come to Michigan to train our sub grantees and our team in multiple trainings sessions over a two year time period. She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of CDBG and very approachable when it comes to questions from participants. One of the things that most impresses me when she trains is her ability to find specific references to legislation no matter what the question. She makes an effort to train the class on looking at legislation and empowers to find answers in the future on their own. I would highly recommend Kathleen and can’t wait to attend another one of her sessions!
